3. Booking Details and Customer Responsibility

– Booking Accuracy: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete. Sea Bermuda is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

– Payment Methods: Payments for bookings can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payments must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

– Non-Liability for Customer Oversight: Sea Bermuda will not be held responsible for customers who book services without thoroughly reviewing all provided details and conditions on the booking page. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand all information before confirming a booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date are non-refundable.

– Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
