 Booking Instructions:

To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please follow these steps:

1. Select the Ticket for Your Drop-Off Location:  

   Choose the ticket that matches your drop-off location, whether it’s a hotel, Airbnb, guest house, or private residence.

2. Provide Additional Information in the Notes Section:  

   Include the following details when booking:

   – Pick-Up Time: Specify your desired pick-up time and address.

   – Flight Number & Airline: For airport transfers, provide your flight number and airline.

   – Number of Bags: List the total number of bags you will be traveling with.

3. Pricing for Groups (1-7 Passengers):  

 The pricing is for groups of 1-7 passengers, so only one ticket is needed for your group. If you require multiple taxis for larger groups, please book additional tickets.

Important Notice: 

Wait-Time Fee for Airport Pickups

For all airport pickups, we understand that travel schedules can sometimes change. To ensure smooth service and accommodate any delays, we offer a grace period of 45 minutes from the time of your flight arrival time. 

However, if the wait time exceeds 45 minutes, an additional wait-time fee of $60 per hour will be charged.

This fee will be applied in hourly increments for any extended waiting time.

Deposit Required

Please note that a deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount will be applied automatically at checkout to secure your reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
